Home away from home 4 u- 3 bedrooms

This is a wonderful pet friendly rental, close to everything and stocked with all the essentials to make your stay feel like a home away from home. The 3 bedrooms gave our kids space to themselves and the fenced in back yard made it easy to let the dogs out to play. Having the garage space was awesome and allowed us to unload both vehicles while we explored the area. The property has plenty of parking space and the neighborhood was very quite. Dean (the host) was very responsive when we reached out and has done a wonderful job making sure all the basics are covered with this property. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Overall this home was perfect for our family's week-long stay. Sadly it got off to a poor start... Pre-travel, the host was not very communicative. Two days before the trip, I messaged him requesting check-in info; he replied that he would email me that info the day of arrival. Since we would be traveling all day with limited email access, I requested that he text me the info instead; he never replied to that message. On our travel day, I checked my email and found nothing from him. Every chance I got during that day, I checked my email and texts; still nothing. We arrived at the property at 6 PM, and still no email or text, and the door was locked. I found the host's phone number; thankfully he answered and stated he was out of town about 300 miles away; he admitted that he forgot to send our check-in instructions. Due to where he was, he did not have internet access to reset the door code for us but did provide the previous tenant's door code; 2-3 hours later, the host texted that he had changed the door code for us. After that, the only issue we had was the day before we departed, we consulted the 'Guest Book' to learn check-out procedures, but that page was missing; only house rules, area attractions, and recommended eateries were enclosed. The guests in the neighboring unit had the Check Out page in their book, so I took a screenshot. Overall, a great stay & now that I know what to (possibly) expect, I would stay here again! The playground out front was a huge bonus!!

Clean. Convenient location. Responsive host.

This was a great house to stay at while competing in a wrestling tournament. The living space was small, but we really only needed the rooms/beds and bathrooms. While there are two bathrooms listed, there is only one shower which was less than ideal for our situation, but sufficient for most. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
